Waste management infrastructure such as trash cans and collection sites exist in public places in Parapat. But they ares not used to their potential.

With the right strategies, they can be used to keep the city clean and the Earthwise waste management program can fund education programs that lead to environmental protection.

We are here to make that a reality!

Separation of plastics and organics would greatly reduce waste going to landfill and make recycling and composting possible. It seems the infrastructure is already there. With a little bit of guidance and effort, we can transform waste into a beneficial resource.
